We comply with all legislative requirements in regard to the Covid 19 Pandemic, including the correct use of all chemicals.

We believe that providing an efficient, safe and sustainable working environment is fundamental to our service delivery. This ensures we maximise the overall performance and productivity of our team.

All new team members are fully inducted and trained in accordance with OHS procedures. We have developed a training manual with instructions on how to use equipment and physical training as a back up to the induction training.

All staff members are educated in the proper procedures to follow in the event of any issues relating to chemical spills, water damage & pest infestations.

MSDS data sheets are readily available for staff to clarify instructions on chemical use, care, and the procedure to follow in the event of a chemical issue occurring.
We also have the following safety measures in place:

  • Electrical test and tag on all equipment
  • All chemical bottles clearly labelled and colour-coded
  • All staff issued with relevant PPE equipment
  • “Wet Floor” signs used at all times in Public Areas
